Any individual or organization affiliated with Client with concerns about the quality and safety of patient care delivered by Dynamic, which have not already been addressed by Dynamic, is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.

Dynamic shall not take retaliatory or disciplinary action against any Client, any Client affiliates or employees, or Dynamic’s employees following reports of safety or quality of care concerns in good faith.
